Privacy Policy Highlights

Cozimo Technologies offers a number of services including this free image collaboration service we call “Collaborate Now”. Below are the main highlights of our privacy policy that relate specifically to the use of this service:

• We don’t store or share with anyone any of the email addresses you provide to share your content with unless you explicitly ask us to add your own email address to our mailing list.
• Each image is stored at a unique URL. We do not share this URL with anyone. It is up to you to decide whom you would like to share it with but keep in mind that once you share it, there is nothing to prevent it from being shared with others. (If you would like more security – you can create private password-protected workgroups using our full service at Cozimo.com)
• Images will be stored on the server for three months. You may print out a report of the image if you wish to keep a permanent record of the feedback you receive.
• For convenience, Collaborate Now uses the Flash storage settings on your computer to keep track of how you identify yourself in the workspace (you can think of it as a Flash cookie, you can reset on Adobe's Website Storage Settings panel).
